If you submit the waitlist form on the homepage, we store the email address you typed and which page it came from. That's it from this website. We don't run analytics scripts, we don't set tracking cookies, and nothing you type into the waitlist form is shared with any other company. No spam, no selling your address, one email when access is ready.
The INDEX desktop application is a separate thing from this website. It runs entirely on your own machine: your files, your local database, your local AI model. Nothing about what the app reads or extracts from your files is sent to this website or to us, ever. See the app's own in-product privacy explanation for how it works, since that is a different system with different, and stronger, guarantees than a website can make about itself.
A waitlist email is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until we email you about access, whichever you prefer. Removal takes effect immediately.
